How to Order a Custom Plush

Step 1

Provide references for your character. If I find your character aligns with my skill and comfort level, we'll move on to step 2.^{Please note that I reserve the right to decline orders for characters beyond my skillset. In such cases, I'll gladly share links to other talented artists who may be a better fit!}

Step 2

Choose the preferred style for your plushie from the options listed at the bottom of this page. I currently offer laying, sitting, standing, pillow style plushies.

Step 3: Payment

Once your project has been approved, a custom listing will be created on our website. You will then receive an email notification with the link to your unique listing.This streamlined process allows for easy tracking, includes shipping details, and provides a space for leaving reviews.Unless a specified date for shipment has been provided, shipping is estimated to occur approximately 13 weeks after your custom listing on the website is paid. Please note that this timeline is subject to adjustments. If your plushie requires more crafting time, or if any delays should arise, you will be notified directly.

• Order Changes or Cancellation: You have a two-week window from the initial payment date to make any alterations or cancel your order.• Refund Policy: Full refunds are not accepted after design drafting begins. However, you can receive a partial refund before shipping, excluding the work put into your plush. Contact me directly for assistance.• Selling Rights: I retain the right to sell sewing patterns and plushies for popular fan art characters.• YCH and Repeat Orders: YCH (Your Character Here) items are exclusive to the buyer. The price will be lower if you order another copy of the plush at a later date.• Returns: Fanart returns incur a 40% restocking fee, and the plush must be in its original condition. Please note that OOAK/OC (One of a Kind/Original Character) designs are non-returnable.

The custom prices are higher compared to your other work. Could you provide some insight into this?The pricing in our shop considers the materials, time, and effort invested in crafting each unique piece. Pricing also accounts for selling fees associated with platforms like Etsy and WooCommerce.How large will my plushie be?By default, all custom plushies measure approximately 17-20 inches in length/height, with variations based on specific character features like tails, wings, etc. If you would like a smaller plushie please let me know before ordering.How are shipping costs determined for custom plushies?Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the plushie's shipping.How do I inquire about the progress of my custom plushie?You can check the progress of your custom plushie by emailing us at [email protected]. We typically respond to progress inquiries within 24-48 hours.Can I change details or features of my custom plushie after payment?We understand that preferences may change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to make alterations to your custom order. Changes requested after the design process has started may incur additional fees.
